Polyphasic Sleep Days 4 and 5

Friday was the first day I was able to significantly ratchet down my total sleep. I was under four hours for the day and feeling pretty good and that continued into Saturday.

Saturday was the best day I’ve had so far with a total of seven 30 minute naps.
